Windows tag for GitLab runners has changed

Description

I tried using the GitLab example on gitlab.com but it didn't work for Windows, the job just got stuck and wouldn't start.

It seems like the tag used for the Windows runners on GitLab has changed, it should be saas-windows-medium-amd64 as listed in the docs. When I changed the tag to this, the job was able to work and the wheels were generated successfully.
