Use the same, or similar code as the comment classifier.

Will first need to complete the issue: #21 to get the database structure.

Will also need to back fill the database with spam projects. Currently they are disabled, by disabling the user. So will need some SQL to mark projects and releases as spam based on the banned users.

Hi, will this allow us to deal with the recent escort agency adverts that have appeared in the projects, such as:

https://www.pygame.org/project/4573
https://www.pygame.org/project/4572

These are not games or projects, just links to escort agencies in Thailand.

Also, is there any quicker way to get these removed?

Most of the things I see in recent releases appear to be spam. Several gambling posts such as: https://www.pygame.org/project/4864/7127

I initially thought you were hacked.
