Update map list / replace dlc list with ruleset list

Please update the map list to include all the maps now available. Primordial, mirror, etc.
I think it would prompt more interesting games if people decided to try those instead of a Pangaea. There are many maps types added that are close to Pangaea in shape. I made a couple of posts with map examples.

Ruleset list. What if, instead of clicking DLC support, that the ruleset is what is selected. This would make it easier to setup scenarios too. DLC support could be listed for the ruleset selected as a label-list.
