Summary

Widen the places, the lib searches for the native libraries

Motivation

As mentioned in flathub/org.cryptomator.Cryptomator#50, this lib does not consider the java.library.path to look for native libraries. This could be improved.

I found out that Fedora Workstation 38 doesn't provide info in /etc/ld.so.conf or /etc/ld.so.conf.d/, where to find its shared libraries. This is the reason why appindicator-gtk3-java doesn't load installed libraries on Fedora right now.

However, the java.library.path contains /usr/lib64, where installed libraries can be found on Fedora. Implementing this feature request will make appindicator-gtk3-java work on Fedora as well.

Implemented and released with appindicator-gtk3-java release 1.3.5.
