Issue details

Currently from what I can find one cannot access a snowflake account using the preferred format for the account identifier (<organization_name>-<account_name> ).

Also, this account_name does not refer to the Provider.account which actually requires the locator name, as already mentioned

Similar to #265, this likely depends on upstream to implement
