Please describe the problem (or idea)

I was just visiting publiclab.org for seeing a feature which was recently got integrated but I came across a spam wiki in-between.I think there should be some easy way for fighting spam by introducing special tags for marking spam- which would notify moderator and admin of spam using E-mail if the user logged in or by generating the notification on moderator's dashboard. @ebarry @jywarren how does this sound?
(Like many website provide it's user option to mark content as spam, or abuse something like that)

Oh interesting! I'm going to send this to the moderators group to add to the discussion.
