[2.6.0-alpha2] Planar Cut tool dimensions of connectors

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using the connector function, no functional clearance is generated, all parts are exactly the same size.
Even using the tolerance (%) function of the size line does not generate functional gaps.
A functional clearance is necessary to allow easy assembly of the cut parts.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a function that allows you to choose the value of the operating clearance that you want between the connector and the hole.
