Is there any sample for how to use the parser and then go over the object model?

Hi,

You can start with tests, for example - https://github.com/protostuff/protostuff-compiler/blob/master/protostuff-parser/src/test/java/io/protostuff/compiler/parser/ServiceTest.java

Also, HTML documentation generator - https://github.com/protostuff/protostuff-compiler/tree/master/protostuff-generator/src/main/java/io/protostuff/generator/html - it basically takes object model and converts it into a bunch of JSON files.
