PayPal checkout experience

Easy Digital Downloads version 2.11 comes with a brand new PayPal integration built in. This gateway uses the latest PayPal checkout experience, utilizing smart buttons and a "Pay with PayPal" modal that keeps users on your site through the whole payment process.

In our own PayPal add-on we currently use the legacy "PayPal Payments Standard - Payment Buttons": https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/web/.

This is fine for now but we need to work towards supporting the new PayPal checkout experience.

This probably also ties in with bringing the Adyen dropin to for example the WooCommerce checkout page.
