Category pages aren't exported

This is another "con" from https://www.dokuwiki.org/tips:mediawiki_to_dokuwiki_converter

Categorys are not converted (the content within the category pages)

At the moment yamdwe just skips all "special" pages, including any Category pages.

It would probably be possible to convert category pages as well (at least ones with text on them.) I'm not sure what the best way to do this in a "dokuwiki friendly" way would be, though.

Keeping this open in case anyone else has come up against this issue and has any suggestions.
