CodeDeploy Failure

Hi,
First of all, I would like to thank you for the YouTube video you uploaded to explain CodeDeploy.
I've connected my Github repository to AWS CodeDeploy and created an application with tagging the deployment group which is having 1 EC2.
Also, whenever I push changes to the master branch in Github, CodeDeploy automatically get notified and start deployment.
Unforetently, every time CodeDeploy attempt to deploy the source it failed without any reason

I am planning to have 1 EC2 for now with multiple applications hosted on it. I downloaded the script you shared and upload it on Github. I am not sure where is the issue.

CodeDeploy agent was not able to receive the lifecycle event. Check the CodeDeploy agent logs on your host and make sure the agent is running and can connect to the CodeDeploy server. is the error im getting while using your app

may i know how that error got fixed or what did u do to fix the same ?
