Of note, the options button is changing with the upcoming design: I think we can add the missing options here. |

Right-Click on a beatmap in song select shows a menu with various options.
Tablet players often have no right-click bind with their pen and thus have to switch between holding their mouse and pen often if they use these options regularly. While generally slower, the existence of left-click only alternatives does help tablet players and touchscreen players out a lot.
Play, Edit, Collections, Mark as played, and Delete (which only shows when rightclicking on the full beatmap banner, not the individual difficulties) all have parity options that can be accessed with left-clicks (or pen taps) only. Obviously for play you can just click on the difficulty you want to play.
For Edit, Mark as played, and Delete, you can use the "options" button in the bottom left.
Something important to note is that in the above "Manage collections" window, you can only create new collections and rename old ones. You cannot add maps to collections. If you want to add a map to a collection with left clicks only, you use the more recently-added button in the collection menu located in the top right.
However, there is no left-click only method to pull up the beatmap details page or copy the beatmap link (that I have been able to find). I think the redundant "Manage collections" button could be replaced with a "Map details" button. The collection page that this button goes to can be accessed at the bottom of the normal collection menu AND the right-click collections menu already, so I don't think this third way to access it is strictly necessary.
Another option is to add it to the existing "Details" tab that shares space with the various leaderboards.
