A new query is launched before the end query returned
This may be leading to
MaxConcurrentQueries: message=RpcMaxConcurrentQueries: you currently have 16 queries in a non-terminal state (ready, running, streaming results). The maximum number of concurrent queries for your account is 15 queries. Please wait for your current queries to finish or cancel existing query runs., code=-32171

one idea could be to monitor the state of the query. ?

Not sure this is still true I have not had the issue for some time.
