DKIM menu missing in docker 3.3.14 #79

Despite having:

	$CONF['dkim'] = 'YES';
	$CONF['dkim_all_admins'] = 'YES';

The dkim menu is missing: what am I doing wrong ?

Also in /var/www/configs/menu.conf, there are no dkim values.
