Hi,
I know that bounces are a recurring topic in the discussions, but I need to add my own:
Postal is a great mail server and we'd love to use it for transactional mail that our customers need to send from there various ERP systems. The really big issue in this case is the inability to forward bounce mails to the FROM address, as the customer usually does not have the ability to receive webhooks. And since the from address could be any employee sending out an offeri or invoice by email, that person needs to know if the recipient is on holiday for the next 3 months.
In SendGrid there's a simple setting called "Forward Bounce Messages", with an option to enable forwarding to the From address of the outgoing email. And if this tiny setting were available per server, Postal would be much better suited for our needs than SendGrid. Without it, we can't really use it.
I can't really estimate how much work this would be since I'm not a developer, is this a huge change?
