Test Positron builds for Linux (.deb / Ubuntu only)

We're currently producing Positron builds for Linux, but not releasing them to beta users. As described in #1619, we believe that Positron for Linux is ready for beta testers now that library loading/linking issues have been sorted.

Note that there are still C++ standard library issues on RedHat platforms, so for now we should only test the .deb bits.

These should be tested on (at a minimum) Ubuntu 22 to ensure that they meet the same quality standards as macOS and Windows builds.
