Beef up Server-API to facilitate more complex front-end queries #272

As mentioned in this PR on the front-end, the idea came up to have the server return more useful things.

For example:

individuals for only a specific package
packages could contain more information, as extracted from the YAML file, so the description, contributors, SNP sets, and things like that.
