reg folder is filled with lots of old backup .reg files. Would it be possible to keep just the latest .reg file?

Hi, any news on fixing this? My "reg" folder is filled with registry files.
Also, the portapps version is outdated (portapps: 2.4.9 while the latest stable: 2.5.8). Any chance it gets updated anytime soon? It hasn't been updated for over 2.5 years.
