Just installed this extension, opened a .fountain file, and got this:

Restarting doesn't help.

I had a similar issue in my Sublime Text plugin which processes Fountain files, and was able to fix it. Hopefully looking at my tmLanguage file helps. https://github.com/derickc/Fountainhead
