I could not get the syntax highlighting working after the package install.. can you double check (on a fresh install of ST2 - after purging old files) that it works?

I had the same issue, and resolved it by removing the comments in the file Fountain.tmLanguage (everything between * ... *). Maybe i'll submit a pull request for this.
