Hi,

is there any chance to have requirements mentioned in a single file? (so I can do pip install -r requirements.txt).

I'm asking about to provide a "standard" pip's file, so everyone is able to install dependencies using a "standard" command (I've mentioned above).

Particularly I'm interested cuz I use Gentoo on my System76 notebook and intended to write a package for it.
