No Mouse and Keyboard after Login.

Issue/Bug Description:
Did a clean install, because I had some self made issues with pop-os_24.04_amd64_nvidia_9
Mouse and keyboard stop working after login (Volume keys still work)
Happens with and without KVM Switch

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Clean install didn't fix it.

Didn't had this issue with with pop-os_24.04_amd64_nvidia_9
I would add more info if I had any control.
Fast keys don't work either, so I can't call a terminal.
It's the right keyboard, because I used it before and I tested it several times.

I couldn't manage to get it to work.
Someone gave me a tip boot with Shift, which was able to get me into recovery mode.
But this one froze during boot, could manage to see a glimps of an unknown error, but wasn't displayed full...
After I rebooted with CTRL ALT DEL, somehow the Alpha 2 started working as well... so it did something
