There's a very useful utility at this path:

$ JVM_OPTS=-Dcassandra.config=file:///usr/local/etc/cassandra/cassandra.yaml /usr/local/share/java/cassandra/tools/bin/sstabledump /var/db/cassandra/data/schema/table-hash/me-261-big-Data.db

…it could be useful to install it in /usr/local/bin and set default yaml parameters in ordiner to be able to use it more naturally like this:

$ sstabledump /var/db/cassandra/data/schema/table-hash/me-261-big-Data.db

PS: I play to create a pull request myself, I'm creating this mainly as a self-reminder.
