Expected or Desired Behavior

when a user raises a request using the app, the user should not be having write access to the SiteRequests list as the whole purpose of triggering ReR is to Approve.

Observed Behavior

Without write access to underlying list, user cannot click on the create button

Steps to Reproduce

Go to your hostweb, go to site contents click Site Requests, List Permissions choose an user to have read access, click on SiteCollectionCreationReR it will launch the App, put all the details including Description and click on create, i will not go to site contents page,.
Now if you change the users permission launching the App to write for the Site Request list, the create button will work.
