I’m not sure what exactly this package could do to mitigate such an issue when it occurs…

Thank you for your reply. My other computer is functioning properly. I noticed that the update time for the content in the link you provided is 2016. It seems that the computer on which I cannot run this library was purchased in 2015. Can you understand that my computer will never be able to use this library until the hardware is updated?
