[Problem] When I'm offline it shows login screen even though I am logged in

It should instead show a screen that tells me to go online, maybe with a refresh button to try connecting again

And ideally also an logout button for the case the my instance is down/offline/dead - If the online check is based on actual connection and not just asking the system if network is available
