Option to disable content warnings in timeline

On Mastodon I find content warnings extremely helpful, but on Pixelfed nearly every single image in my timeline is blurred, making the browsing experience kind of a chore.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option in the Timeline settings to disable content warnings outright. When this option is enabled, all media that would otherwise be blurred is now visible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can't say I can think of any alternative options to solve this.
