Dragging tabs difficult in FF 17.0.1 #422

With the new tab dragging behaviour in FF 17, it has become a lot harder to drag a tab on top of another tab to dock it there, or drag a tab to the end of a tree.

I'm not sure what the solution could be, from what I've found the new behaviour can't be easily disabled.

This is with version 0.14.2012111201.
