Can not see transactions in server map in JBoss EAP 6

We have deployed Pinpoint Agent version 3.1.0 in JBoss EAP 6.2, and agent has registered successfully. We are able to see spans for database requests including SQL queries in agent logs. But we are not able to see transactions in server map. we are using "oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver" to connect to Oracle 12c server. Our Pinpoint collector and web are 2.6.x.
Would you please help us to resolve this.

The officially released version of Pinpoint is up to 2.5.4. Since you mentioned 2.6.x, could you let us know which specific version you are using?

We are using 2.6.0 snapshot (pinpoint-hbase2-collector-boot-2.6.0-SNAPSHOT.jar) build from GIT 2.5.4.
