Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Usage document is quite simple now, user may be confused with start-ts, how to restart TiCDC and some comment operations.

Describe the feature you'd like:
Complete user document, add operation tips and common usage scenario, includes:

  • How to set a proper start-ts when creating a new changefeed
  • How to recover from a paused replication
