  1. can't set securityContext.runAsUser to 0, must be in the range [1000600000, 1000609999]
  Warning  FailedCreate  30s (x18 over 8m41s)  replicaset-controller  Error creating: pods "restarter-monitor-7bfc94c44f-" is forbidden: unable to validate against any security context constraint: [spec.initContainers[0].securityContext.securityContext.runAsUser: Invalid value: 0: must be in the ranges: [1000600000, 1000609999]]

I didn't add an openshift 3 CI job. We can add it when necessary.
