Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Users cannot specify affinity for backup job.

Describe the feature you'd like:

Allow users to specify affinity in values.yaml for tidb-backup and tidb-cluster chart.

We may also need to expose the affinity for the new CRD based backup/restore.
