What stepSs will reproduce the problem?
1. Format SD Card as Fat32.
2. Create a Split WBFS files of SSBB (RSBE01) and put game onto SD Card
3. Extract Project M files onto SD and copy gct from root:codes\ to
usb-loader\codes\

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For CFG to apply ocarina codes to play Project M off of the SSBB WBFS. Instead
