USB Loader Freezes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening CFG-Loader From the HBC Channel
2.it just freezes 
3.If I plugged the USB Drive off the wii I get a " Searching for config.txt" 
message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CFG-Loader Should Start , And I should see the games on my USB Drive , what I 
see is just the word cfg 

What version of the loader are you using?
V78

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
Vwii ( Wii U )

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
USB Flash

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
WBFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
cIOS249 r21 , Base 56, 57 , 58

Does it work with other loaders?
I didn't try other loaders

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
don't know
