right now client are forced to write:

writeFileContentsOf: aRoot

	| visitor |
	visitor := MicTextualMicrodownExporter new.
	visitor visit: aRoot.
	fileReference writeStreamDo: [ :stream |
		stream nextPutAll: visitor contents ]

but we could write

writeFileContentsOf: aRoot

	| visitor |
	visitor := MicTextualMicrodownExporter new.
        visitor stream: fileReference writeStream.
	visitor visit: aRoot.
