Keyboard do not work after app resume

Environment

**Flutter version: v1.12.13+hotfix.8
**Plugin version: from github (url https://github.com/pichillilorenzo/flutter_inappwebview.git)
**Android version: API 29

Description

**Expected behavior: Keyboard is working after app resume

**Current behavior: Keyboard is visible but no input is working

Steps to reproduce

1. Open url in webview with input fields
2. Verify that input is working, input from keyboard gets displayed in web-page input fields
3. Put app in background and get it back to forground again
4. Input is no longer working, input from keyboard does not get displayed in web-page input fields

Similar to this I think (different plugin, same issue): flutter/flutter#48696
