Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It seems that this software will store photos from all libraries in the same folder

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to store the photos for each user or perhaps each library in its own folder. I find it difficult to set up photo importing for each library if all files are in the same directory. I am running nextcloud on the same server and would like to import the uploaded photos for each user to their Photonix library.

With my PR you can use the manage.py API from inside the docker container, and create each library in its own folder.
Hope it'll be inside v0.21.0.

Thanks @uraid!. Merged in 9a0d631 and will be in v0.22.0 in a few hours.

Thanks for the quick fix.
Stupid question, how do I delete a library? All of my libraries are empty if that makes a difference.

If they're all empty- personally I'll just empty the photonix postgresql server and re-run it.
There's also a command 'delete_all_photos' in manage.py but didn't try it.
