Cloning pharo from a sync'ed repository does not correctly show dirty packages #918

If we clone pharo from a repository that is sync'ed with the image (for example, you clone pharo-project/pharo it self or a freshly created fork) then the adoptCommit: does not go over the calculation of changes.

Of course, this should not be needed, but somehow we are losing the list of packages when we are in detached working copy.
