Medicago example out of date #14

Dear all,
I could not find the function named query_genotypes, which shows in "medicago_data_setup.html".
I checked the "medicago_data_setup.RMD", it changed to vcf_query, which I also failed to find it.
Would you mind give me some suggestions?

Hm, sorry for having the out-of-date HTML. I'll have a go at updating that, but I recommend looking at the Rmd to get the code. Also: I have greater confidence the code in templated/ is up-to-date.

You're right - the function changed to vcf_query, which is a lostruct function. You should be able to find it after doing library(lostruct)?
