At the moment, GitHub Pages does NOT support HTTPS for custom domains. The issue is tracked here: isaacs/github#156.

If HTTPS is needed for any of the text/binary content, the repository itself is available on https://github.com/persian-computing/persian-computing.github.io/, for web access and git cloning.
