Constellation Appstatic Enhancements

To successfully deploy the backingservices/constellation chart we need to be able to:

• provide ingress annotations
• provide existing image pull secrets for the deployment
• define a persistent volumeMount for customer assets

Minor chart enhancements to allow these to be specified in the values file
