To build:

$ git clone https://github.com/pearsonlab/autoencoded-vocal-analysis
$ cd autoencoded-vocal-analysis
$ pip install .

Dependencies:

• Python3 (3.5+)
• PyTorch
• UMAP
• affinewarp
