On the payment page - Terms and Condtion validation not working properly with Paytm module #13

Magento version: 2.4.3

On the payment page - Without selecting the Term and Condition checkbox, if the user clicks the "Pay using Paytm" button. It gives a black transparent overlay and keeps loading... After refreshing the page only users can proceed further.
