Tested in Moodle 2.9, when I click the file Record Audio tab, the flash plugin loads but any area (button or otherwise) when click, the browser will ask you to upload a file. Some of the hidden fields are being displayed. recordaudio_filedata is one example of a field which should not be displayed to the user but is.
