Github has a long-term well-known limitation which makes bot merge not work for companions in organizations. Originally reported in isaacs/github#1681, later transferred to community/community#5634.

It occurs because the bot needs to push lockfile updates to the companions after its dependencies get merged. The possible solutions are either:
