We use the penpal parachain (aka 'community chain') to test out xcm messaging between itself and statemine/t.
At the moment this is hanging around in a fork of cumulus not under the paritytech org. To simplify things it should just be merged into cumulus. The dir location to put it at is defined in this issue: #1240 .
