Improve notifications #224

Update capi to the latest version and try to capture statuses and events as described in the issue: paritytech/capi#1090.

The app should display the events on block inclusion as it does now, but also a status notification with "finalized" or "reverted" depending on the case.

Because latest proposals are available only after finalization, we could keep the loading state until that happens and display a notification for "inBlock"

Additonally, it would be nice to display more information about what is processing and what was executed.
