I'm sorry, but I'm unable to explain this verbally in a more satisfactory manner. Please see attached picture for explanation.

At the top of the SkyBison command-window you can see some lines from the main file. There's line no. 17, 18, the statusline and then somehow line 13 : |

I've never seen that before, and I'm not sure how I could go about reproducing that without more information. Mind helping to narrow down what's causing it?

Does it happen if SkyBison is the only plugin, and your .vimrc is empty (except for, perhaps, just mappings to launch SkyBison)? If not, do you mind slowly adding plugins and .vimrc content to the minimal state (or removing plugins and lines from your .vimrc from your normal layout) until you find what is conflicting with it?
