Deferred sources are a particularly isolated case of ivy usage, and should make a good first test case. Their current implementation is also quite awkward (multiple tasks and mutability in Target to inject sources later).
In the new engine, this should be accomplished via a task that can provide sources for a target given the address of an unpacked_jars target.
