Accepts two token IDs, an old one and a new one
- or possibly just a token ID and a new target price
Gives you back a multicall'ed unsigned transaction for a burn on your old token ID and a mint to open the new one at the new price
Should also probably accept multi-leg positions but that's a bit trickier - e.g., accept a straddle and move its price
